Please include:

  • The word "Invitation", in the email title;
  • The anticipated calendar date;
  • The anticipated location online or onsite;
  • The anticipated length of the event;
  • The anticipated arrangement costs (and who will pay for them) concerning my participation;
  • The anticipated thematic scope of the event;
  • The anticipated connection between my talk and your event;
  • The anticipated recording medium, how the recording will be distributed, and how I can receive a copy.
