Please include:
- The word "Invitation", in the email title;
- The anticipated calendar date;
- The anticipated location online or onsite;
- The anticipated length of the event;
- The anticipated arrangement costs (and who will pay for them) concerning my participation;
- The anticipated thematic scope of the event;
- The anticipated connection between my talk and your event;
- The anticipated recording medium, how the recording will be distributed, and how I can receive a copy.
